MSGRJJ was launched in 2004 after almost 26 years of study, substantial cross-training, extensive research and an enormous amount of first hand, real world experience of aggression, violence, and conflict resolution in all its forms.

Now Jeff has returned from overseas, you can take this opportunity to train with him. The system consists of:

__Blocking, smothering and evasion skills.
__Striking skills (including but not limited to: punches, knife-hands, palm heels, gouges, knees, ___head, elbows and forearms).
__Kicking Skills.
__Groundfighting and Grappling.
__Vital Points.
__Strangles, Chokes and Compressions.
__Throws and Takedowns.
__Stick and Knife (a mixture of Ju-Jitsu and Filipino Kali techniques).
__Locks, Immoblisations and Holddowns.
__Arrest and Restraint (intended for law enforcement and security personnel).
__Impact training (Western Boxing, Muay-Thai and Ju-Jitsu based drills, using hook and jab ___pads, bags and Thai-pads).
__Sparring (Non-contact, Light-contact or Full Contact - stand-up and/or ground based).
__Weaponry - Traditional, Modern and improvised.

Clients are free to choose any facet (or facets) of this art and combine any of them into a seminar which is suitable and relevant for you i.e. you might choose Stick and Knife defence and groundfighting for your seminar, or wish to concentrate solely on Vital Points. Master Sawyer's Goshin-Ryu Ju-Jitsu is NOT sport or tournament oriented. It is a systemised method of developing, maintaining and refining Self-Protection skills and attributes such as: The Behavioural i.e. prevention through awareness and avoidance; The Psychological i.e. violence prediction and positive mind set, and The physical i.e. workable and truthful Self-Defence capabilities.

Fees:
A four hour seminar in the techniques and concepts of Master Sawyer's Goshin-Ryu Ju-Jitsu, with Jeff Sawyer (the founder and Chief Instructor of MSGRJJ) is: £400.00 (plus travelling expenses). Note: There is no minimum or maximum number requirement for this seminar.
