Course 3:
"Breakaways" - Escapes from common holds and grabs. Duration: 4 Hours
(Acessible only by those who have completed course 2)

Theory Content:
•__Short recap on dealing with the Police and Judiciary.
•__Vital Points of the limbs and torso.
•__Optimal mobility on the ground.

Practical Content:
Efficiency and effectiveness from and on the ground.

Defences against the most common holds and attempted immobilisations (in a standing position).

We will run and regulate a series of very realistic, challenging, adrenaline inducing self-defence scenarios in which the clients will confront and fight "all out" against the fully armoured, fully padded "Hitman".

This Seminar: £60.00 per person (plus travelling expenses if "The Hitmen" travel to your venue) - this fee includes a complimentary DVD of the course for each participant. Note: Min. number of participants: 10
