STRIKING (and other entry level skills) Duration: 4 Hours
Theory content:
•__The
law re: use of force in Self-Defence contexts.
•__Your
rights, entitlements and obligations (exactly what you can and cannot
do in a
___self-defence situation).
•__Accounting
for and defending your actions should you be compelled to defend yourself
(in the ___event of an investigation).
•__Dealing
with the Police and the courts in any subsequent investigation or legal
proceedings.
•__The
Limbic System.
•__Physical
and Psychological effects of Fast dump adrenaline / Fight or Flight Syndrome
___/Tachy-Psychia.
•__Fear
control.
•__"The
Fence" (Distance and "ranging").
Practical
content:
We will teach gross motor skill self-defence techniques (truthful, effective,
powerful, and simple strikes using the hands, knees, elbows, fingers and
head).
We will
run and regulate a series of very realistic, challenging, adrenaline inducing
self-defence scenarios in which the clients will confront and fight "all
out" against the fully armoured, fully padded "Hitman".
This
Seminar: £60.00 per person (plus travelling expenses if "The
Hitmen" travel to your venue) - this fee includes a complimentary
